Begin in Bangkok with a welcome dinner at Michelin-starred nahm and explore the Maeklong Railway Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Enjoy lunch at Natura Cafe and stop at the city’s best eats as you weave your way around by tuk-tuk. Discover a rising culinary star in Khon Kaen, a fusion of Thai, Chinese, Laotian and Vietnamese influences, with sizzling street food and fine dining that reinvents regional classics.

Dine on Isan fare at Mekin Farm, enjoy a feast at Krua Supanniga by Khunyai Somsie and sip brews at Khanh’s favourite, Godfather Coffee. Head to Phuket for a cooking class at Blue Elephant before savouring two hours of free-flow drinks and a farewell dinner at Bucha Gallery & Restaurant.
