The chef’s connections open doors that are typically closed to ordinary visitors. Expect private early-morning access to St John’s Co-Cathedral and a once-in-a-lifetime farewell feast at a candlelit countryside farmhouse where the ftira is handmade and the wine flows until the stars come out.
