Departing from the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne by mini-coach at 7.30am, you will head towards the idyllic country town of Mount Macedon, where you will stop for morning tea. Savour a delicious selection of local treats before continuing to Hanging Rock – made famous with the release of 1975’s eerie cult classic, ‘Picnic at Hanging Rock’ – where you’ll begin your first easy bushwalk. There’s stunning panoramic vistas all the way and a chance to explore the park’s wonderful discovery centre.
